Payment is expected at the time of your visit.  If you have insurance then your estimated patient portion is expected at the time of your visit.

Insurance will generally take up to  six weeks to make a payment in your behalf.

You are ultimately responsible for the whole balance until your insurance makes a payment towards your dental claim/s.
